- Transparency and Accountability: Transparency and accountability are at the heart of our safety management values. We regularly provide safety information to employees and encourage their participation in discussions on safety matters and suggestions. Senior management holds clear responsibility for safety, regularly evaluating and tracking the implementation of safety policies to ensure the company’s continued safe development. Transparency and accountability are deeply embedded in our company culture, and we remain committed to ensuring safety while continuously improving.
- Safety Facilities and Measures: We have equipped our workplace with comprehensive safety facilities, including fire-fighting equipment, emergency evacuation routes, and emergency lighting. In accordance with relevant government regulations, these facilities are inspected and maintained annually to ensure their proper operation. The inspection covers, but is not limited to, the integrity of fire-fighting equipment, the accessibility of evacuation routes, and the effectiveness of emergency lighting. Any identified issues are promptly addressed and updated as needed to maintain workplace safety and employee well-being.
- Regular Safety Inspections and Monitoring: We conduct regular safety inspections and monitoring, including both internal and external safety audits, as well as random checks and unannounced inspections. These inspections occur annually, with additional targeted checks conducted as necessary to ensure the safety of the workplace.
- Employee Training and Participation: We regularly organize safety training and drill activities, including fire evacuation, emergency response, and first aid knowledge, aimed at enhancing employees' crisis response capabilities.
