COVID-19 Message From the CEO

Lightel hopes you and your loved ones are well and safe during these trying times of uncertainty and instability related to COVID-19.
On March 23rd, the state of Washington issued a “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order. This order effectively closes many Washington businesses for a minimum of two weeks. Lightel has proactively planned for this event and arranged for our employees to work from home. Thus, it will be business as usual for Lightel sales support, order processing and technical support. Drop-shipments from our Shenzen, China factory will also be unaffected. Order fulfillment on products shipping from our Renton, WA facility will continue within the parameters of the “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order but may be delayed. Please contact your Lightel sales representative for more information.
